Model of Positive Living Award

Each year the Center honors a local community member 50+ who lives life with vitality and compassion for others! We would love to highlight the accomplishments of a person you have interacted with who exemplifies this philosophy.

 

The winner is chosen by a committee of local leaders and Center representatives and notified in September. Awards and recognition will take place at our Annual Meeting in September and shared with the community at large through our website and local press.
