Center Board and Staff
The Center is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board meets monthly and oversees Center operations and strategic planning.
The Center staff includes two full-time employees who manage the operation of Center programming, events and outreach.

Kate Jollie is the Executive Director at the Center. She joined the organization in July 2019 and is focused on operational effectiveness, strategic planning and overall leadership responsibility for the team. Kate comes to the Center from Connecticut where she served on the board of a non-profit organization, spent many years in senior leadership positions in Information Technology for the insurance industry as well as leadership positions at a non-profit hospital.
Dori Lam is the Center’s Membership and Volunteer Engagement Manager. She joined the Center in March 2020 and dove in with lots of laughter and enthusiasm for her work. Dori is focused on Membership and volunteer growth and development, as well as programming and events. In her spare time she serves on the Board of Directors for Westbrook-based nonprofit Discover Downton Westbrook, reads, hikes, and pets every dog she can. She also believes firmly in the benefits of not taking yourself too seriously.
