Tuesdays and Thursdays – Exercise with Mary Rhinehardt. Living Fit Studios on Route # 1 in Arundel offers two exercise classes a week. Attend once a week and each four-week session costs $25. Go twice a week and the discounted rate is $42. Mary is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. For more information, please call Mary at 985-8778 or leave a message if no one is there. Classes are held at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and 12:15 p.m. on Thursdays and are limited to six people.

A Beltone Hearing Instrument Specialist from Beltone New England will be at the Center to discuss hearing loss and provide complimentary hearing screenings for all those that attend. Wednesday, August 20 – Sizzling Summer Smorgasbord at Atria! In lieu of our traditional August monthly luncheon, once again, Atria Kennebunk is inviting everyone to come for a fun summer outing. There’ll be no lottery sign up – you’ll just need to purchase a ticket at the Center. There’ll be live entertainment, a smorgasbord of shrimp, chicken and beef shish kabobs, burgers and hot dogs, 3 different salads, beverages and a “make your own sundae” smorgasbord for dessert! Tickets are $12 each and are available at the Senior Center at Lower Village. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Center by Atria to help sustain our programs and services. So gather your family and friends for this fun-filled event. Remember, one does not need to be a member of the Center to join in the fun!
