Center Board, Staff and Volunteers

The Center is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board meets monthly and oversees Center operations and strategic planning.

The Center staff includes three full-time employees who manage the operation of Center programming, events and outreach.

Center Staff

Kate Jollie is the Executive Director at the Center.  She joined the organization in July 2019 and is focused on operational effectiveness, strategic planning and overall leadership responsibility for the team.  Kate comes to the Center from Connecticut where she served on the board of a non-profit organization, spent many years in senior leadership positions in Information Technology for the insurance industry as well as leadership positions at a non-profit hospital.

Carol Bousquet is the Marketing and Communications Manager at the Center. She began in September 2014 and manages internal and external communications for the Center.  Event planning and execution is ongoing at the Center and Carol oversees key facets of each event as well as development in the business community.  Outreach programs vital to our community’s vulnerable residents also play a major role in Center operations and Carol handles community relations to support those efforts.

Natalie Kfoury is the Center’s Membership and Volunteer Engagement Coordinator.  She joined the Center in July 2018 and jumped into her position with energy and enthusiasm.  Natalie most recently worked at another nonprofit, the Ellie Fund in Massachusetts, and brings many skills and a passion for nonprofit work to her new role.
